Returns Policy

We do hope that you're happy with your purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund if you change your mind, however we are happy to replace or issue a refund in the same form as your original payment should our products be faulty.

How to return the product?
  • Please send us pictures of faulty products to shopsosaustralia@gmail.com
  • We will send you the instruction on how to return the product.
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached.

How long do I have to return the product?
Return must be sent back within 28 days of receiving your order for a replacement product or refund.

How long will it take to process my return?
We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receiving the returned parcel. We will notify you via email when your return is being processed.
