I have submitted my order, can I change it?

DELIVERY
Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?
We currently have free standard shipping in Australia, however, if you reside outside of Australia, and love our products, please contact us at shopsosaustralia@gmail.com
When can I expect to receive my order?
We aim to process orders on the day they are placed but please allow up to 2 working days for processing. We will contact you via the contact details you enter when placing your order if there is going to be a delay.
Please note that Sendle and Australia Post might be experiencing delays due to Covid19. We are still sending the orders everyday but your order might take longer than normal to be delivered.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We only accept returns of faulty products, so please choose carefully. For further information, please see our Returns Policy.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
It's very easy to maintain the softness of our products, simply follow these easy care instructions.
- Cold machine wash inside out with like fabrics on gentle or delicate setting.
- Avoid bleach.
- Do not use fabric softener.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Do not dry clean.
- Iron at a very low temperature if desired.
Why SHOPSOS Sleepwear is cheaper than other bamboo clothing?
We at SHOPSOS believe that comfort and quality should be affordable and accessible to everyone. We run very lean and sustainable operations with minimal staff and use simple packaging solutions so you don’t have to pay more for things you don’t need. We use simple clear plastic ziplock bag that can easily be reused and is not adding extra cost.
What is bamboo fabric made of?
The main blend of fabric we use is 95% bamboo viscose and 5% elastane.
Is bamboo clothing made in Australia?
As bamboo is grown at a large scale in China most bamboo clothing is made in China too. Having materials supply close to the manufacturing is what makes your clothing cheaper and more sustainable.
Is bamboo clothing warm or cool?
Bamboo clothing is breathable and thermo-regulating which means it adjusts to your body temperature. So you can be sure you won’t be sweating on those hot summer nights and it will help you keep warm in cooler weather. Additionally due to its moisture wicking properties bamboo fabric will keep your skin dry and soft.
Does bamboo clothing wrinkle?
To avoid wrinkling make sure you fold your bamboo clothing neatly and hang them to dry to reduce creasing. If your bamboo clothing is wrinkled, don’t worry - all creases will soften with wear, alternatively you can hang them up or run over it with cool iron.
Will bamboo clothing shrink?
If you follow normal care instructions bamboo clothing should not shrink.
Does bamboo clothing stretch?
Some bamboo fabric blends, particularly bamboo / elastane, are designed to stretch while still retaining its shape.
